[:es]El presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, ha anunciado hoy que el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) publicará el lunes dos licitaciones relacionadas con el Corredor Mediterráneo, que superarán los 2.000 millones de euros y mejorarán las conexiones ferroviarias en la Comunitat Valenciana.
Durante la clausura de la Interparlamentaria del PP, Rajoy ha indicado que ambas licitaciones demuestran que el compromiso del Gobierno con Valencia y con el Corredor Mediterráneo «está ahí y va muy en serio».
En concreto, ha explicado que se va a licitar la redacción del estudio informativo del nuevo Eje ferroviario pasante en la ciudad de Valencia, y la redacción del estudio informativo del tramo de alta velocidad ferroviaria entre Valencia y Castellón.
Rajoy ha recordado además, porque «hay gente que tiene poca memoria», que ha sido el Gobierno del PP «el que ha empezado las obras» del Corredor Mediterráneo, el que sigue con las obras de esta infraestructura, «y el que terminará con las obras» de un proyecto que es prioritario.
Según ha dicho, el Gobierno es consciente de que las infraestructuras son «claves» para la vertebración del territorio, y ha reivindicado que España es el país de Europa con un mejor nivel de infraestructuras y el segundo país del mundo en alta velocidad, solo superado por China.
El «perverso juego de la territorialización» de las infraestructuras
Por su parte, el ministro de Fomento, Íñigo de la Serna, aseguró que el Gobierno apuesta por el impulso «determinante» al Corredor Mediterráneo porque es «una prioridad política, económica y social» y una infraestructura «esencial» para mejorar la competitividad de la Comunitat Valenciana, y ha recordado que «otros han hablado, hablan y seguirán hablando mucho, pero hicieron poco».
Además, ha advertido también ante los Presupuestos de 2018 y el «perverso juego de la territorialización», de que las políticas de infraestructuras «no tienen sentido si se examinan únicamente desde el parámetro de límite territorial».
El ministro ha puesto en valor la política de infraestructuras puesta en marcha por el Gobierno de Mariano Rajoy, que pretende conseguir una mayor cohesión social mediante la mejora de las comunicaciones, y ha advertido, ante la negociación de los Presupuestos Generales del Estado (PGE) de 2018, de que, en ocasiones, parece que «si uno no recibe una inversión que no esté en su comunidad, provincia, ciudad o barrio, parece que no le beneficia o puede resultar una afrenta porque se lo lleva el vecino».

Além disso, ele também alertou antes dos Orçamentos de 2018 e do «jogo perverso de territorialização» que as políticas de infraestrutura «não fazem sentido se forem examinadas apenas a partir do parâmetro do limite territorial».
